Multiple delayed payments


I have withdraws that have been approved since 11-3-2016, but no checks as of yet. 11-3 -2016 approved withdraw for $855, 11-9-2016 approved withdraw $1455. They have said for a week now that these two withdraws have been escalated, yet when I checked yesterday(Fri) they indicated I would get the checks in the next couple of weeks. Another person I spoke with at the casino said that I should have the check in a week, which would have been by today. No check though. I have 2 other withdraws that have been approved, 11-14 for $655, and 11-30 for $1855. These two withdraws have not yet been escalated. Their policy states that I should allow 10 days for approval and 10 days for processing.(working days) They have exceeded those times by far.

Thank you Tawni. I did receive a payment today and it looks as if they will be sending the checks on a regular basis at this point. Thank you Ask Gamblers for your assistance with this matter. At this point you should be able to close this case. If something goes wrong I will let you know.

Hi Slotomomma--

I'm so sorry--I was not working in the office yesterday. The good news is that I've checked tracking today and I see that there is a payment set to be delivered to you Monday by 10:30 AM.

Your next payment is already in the queue and I would expect to see tracking on it late in the week. Your subsequent payments will continue to go out similarly until all are paid. I'll continue to update you as necessary.

So far no check yet. They said they sent a check off to the processor on the 3rd of February at 6:30 AM. Tomorrow is 5 working days for the processor and they claim that they can take up to 10 days. We will see. I don't have any idea if they have gotten the next check on its way yet, but if everything is as they say, the next check should go out to the processor tomorrow so I can continue getting checks on a weekly basis.
