I have requested a withdrawal of 10000 inr. But payment showing successful but not credited to my bank account. After chatting with them they said money was transferred from their end and gave me utr 413902224405 after that I asked my bank about the UTR but he said no money was credited with this utr.

For reference my transaction number for withdrawal of 10000 on 17 May 2024, incase u require bank statement I will give u.

I visited bank for last 10 days but bank manager said he couldn't find any money credited against the payment utr 413902224405 he checked again and again but no money was credit with this utr which most bet gave me.

Bank manager said he couldn't raise any dispute against this utr because it was done from merchant's side and they said to ask the merchant to raise a dispute against this utr from their bank because this transaction they done from their bank and my bank also asked for bank statement which they are not giving me, bank said they can't help with dis utr ask the sender to raise a dispute against same utr.

For reference am attached my latest bank statement and withdrawal screenshot along with my bank statement.

I have visited bank only they said they can't provide letter regarding this utr because it's not credited on my account please help me with this other than this I don't have any option sir please understand my problem and bank said this because this transfer is done from ur side so they said dispute can raise by merchant bank only they have to check with their bank only because the bank can't find any amount against this utr please help me sir, I can give my bank statement to you.

I am waiting sir but no money has been credit yet it's been more than 120 days now what is happening I beg u to please understand my problem now I need money urgently please help me I sent u bank statement also which I got from bank but no action till please understand I am requesting u to help me.

If the bank cannot find the funds for this period, the client must provide a screenshot of the bank's official response based on the results of the verification and a bank statement from the day the funds were withdrawn to today in PDF format."

This means that you need to provide an official letter from your bank stating that the amount with this UTR has not been credited to your bank account. Unfortunately, without an official letter from the bank, we will can't to investigate your request.

Dear Mostbet Team,
Airtel payment bank do not provide such information regarding letter, we spoke on call. Why don't the simply logic you can't understand if I have received that transaction then it would have been reflected in my bank statement.

My bank can't give letter for the UTR which do not exists in my bank statement and my bank is not able to find any details of the said UTR numbers. How can my bank give me same comment if the UTR provided by mostbet team is valid. ASKGAMBLERS Kindly help me to get my winning amount

Dear Ask Gambler Team and all viewers,
I gave a try to browse internet for such complaints to verify most bet trust score, and i found thousands of similar withdrawal complaints in different websites where every second complaint is about withdrawal. All the users are facing same issue that withdrawal shows successful but amount never credit in receivers bank account. After contacting support, same reply and same fake payment screenshots are provided by mostbet to all users and asked for bank official letters to confirm withdrawal not received. In this case hardly any bank provides such letter that mostbet know very well. I think this is the trick of mostbet to scam with the people. As i can see it operates under curraco gaming license, if mostbet still failed to resolve issue i have to raise the dispute with license authority. Please share your opinion askgambler team. My last conversation experience with the mostbet was horrible that they denied to accept my player id and told it not right player id where i had shared screenshot of player id from mostbet app itself. THIS IS THE NEXT LEVEL SCAM. I am sharing some snaps from internet where you can check other player complaints and it might help to viewers of this post. Hoping mostbet team to reply on this conversation..

I have contacted my airtel payment bank, we spoke on call, bank manager said he can't find any money credit against the payment utr 413902224405 he check again and again but no money is credit with this utr which most bet gave me

Bank manager said he can't raise any dispute against this utr because it's done from merchant side and they said ask merchant to raise dispute against this utr from there bank because this transction they done from there bank and my bank also asking for bank statement which they are not giving me, bank said they can't help with dis utr ask sender to raise dispute against same utr
