On 3 Jan 2025 I made a deposit of 219000 PKR in my account via bank deposit method. I sent this money via online bank transfer to an agent called "Abdul Rashid" I have all the screen shots, bank statements, as a proof. But till now this money has not been credited to my account. Chat lines are useless and even after sending so many emails my issue is not resolved.

First I got a reply from mostbet saying this money was deposited to the account from where deposit request was made but this is not true because I made a request from my own above mentioned ID and I have no other ID and multiple IDs are not even allowed on mostbet and I am not stupid or made that I would make a request from a different ID. It does not make any sense.

Then I got a reply from mostbet asking all the details like date , time, amount etc, screen shots. I have provided that but till to date there is no further reply from mostbet despite sending numerous emails. I ask gamblers.com to please help me out and help me resolve this issue. I am attaching here all the proofs like screen shots, bank statement etc

I have already stated that my Id is 77001399 and I am a verified user and I made a request for deposit from this ID. 77001399 and my deposit screen shot matches my name as in my ID i-e 77001399. I have no clue about ID 218695025 and I did not make any deposit request from ID 218695025 . Moreover I am thankful to askgamblers that because of your involvement mostbet revealed the ID 218695025 becuse they never told me this ID in emails etc despite me asking several times

Now there are two scenarios here.

1) Either this was a mistake done by most agent namely "Abdul Rasheed" and he mistakenly deposited my money to this ID 218695025

OR

2) Mostbet agent on purpose did fraud and deposited this money to his own ID 218695025 or his friend's ID etc

I would ask askgamblers to ask these mostbet people to reveal the name etc in ID 218695025 and it must not match my name

I am the genuine owner of this deposit and as a proof I have provided screen shots showing my name as in my ID 77001399 and my bank statements etc
I would also ask askgamblers to ask mostbet to provide proof or logs showing from which ID the deposit request was made ? Clearly mostbet is at fault here that they deposited my money to some other Id 218695025 (that must not be in my name)
And also I had explained before that I have only one ID 77001399 and that is verifed by skype call etc and I have no other ID and I do not know about ID 218695025 and I am not stupid or mad that I would make a request from different ID. Moreover multiple IDs are not even allowed on mostbet. Common sense prevails here. Any sane person should understand

So what happened here that mostbet agent either mistakenly transferred my money to this ID 218695025 (which is not mine) or mostbet agent namely "Abdul Rasheed" on purpose did some fraud then they are putting blame on me that I made a request from different ID 218695025 . That is total nonsense and no one would believe and I already said my name should not be on ID 218695025

So best solution for mostbet here is to admit their fault and error and deposit this money in my ID 77001399 as soon as possible and apologise to me for this error and investigate this properly and fire the agent namely "Abdul Rasheed" who did this blunder

I would also like to mention that I have also reported this matter to local police and FIA (federal investigation agency; cyber crime unit in Islamabad in Pakistan) and they are looking into it. I am serious about this and sooner or later that mostbet agent "Abdul Rasheed" will be caught and questioned by FIA. Its a serious crime here in Pakistan

I am all innocent and genuine here and I need this deposit as soon as possible. I have also written numerous reviews on trust pilot about mostbet and I am still writing negative reviews unless I get my money back.

My 2 cent advise to mostbet is govern yourself accordingly and watch yourself and do not put blame of your mistake on customers and not ruin your reputatio which is not good already. Take care!!

Dear Askgamblers
Now I got an email from mostbet saying that refill request was made from another ID 218695025 and they credited the money in to that ID.
Well how is that possible ? I have all screen shots, proofs etc and as I already said I made a deposit request from my own ID i-e 77001399 and I have only hits ID

I ask you to please ask this mostbet to provide "Logs / proof from which ID was deposit request made" ?

This is totally insane and extreme negligence that they deposited money into different ID and now claiming that deposit request was made from a different ID. As I already said either this was done by mistake by this agent called "Abdul Rasheed" or he on purpose did fraud by depositing money into different ID 218695025

Please ask mostbet to provide proof / logs from which ID deposit request was made as to make things clear ?

I am not stupid that I would make an issue and raise complaints out of nothing

And as I already mentioned I have informed local police and FIA (Federal investigation agency) and I wont let this matter go like that. Their depositing agent in question namely "Abdul Rasheed" will be held accountable. I wont let it go


This is such a low class company namely mostbet as no manager, no supervisor is there to listen to you. I had repeatedly asked to ask some senior manager to write to me but nothing happened.

If this issue does not get resolve please lower the rating of this < offensive language > casino called "mostbet"
