This morning I made a deposit of 25$ and I won 550$ Australian and my amount of my winnings went missing I tried to get on live chat but there is no response also send through lots of emails still not respond I had troubles to withdraw as my account was frozen then I could not log in after that I did log in and the winnings had gone of 550$

I don't know how I ended up with two accounts under same email address now I made a withdrawal of 1000$ and I did send in appropriate required documents and still no one has got in touch with me I tried from live chat to sort this out and customer service nicole told me if I received email from my account manager of the casino and I replied no I don't understand why this is happening can you please help me thank you I'm confused and distressed
