Delayed withdrawal for 5 days in the amount of 260 pounds. Please help me, the casino does not pay my winnings for 5 days.

Their rules state that withdrawals are processed within 2 days. Unfortunately, my funds are not withdrawn without any explanation. My account does not require additional verification.

I issued a withdrawal request on Friday, February 9. And I received a confirmation email that the withdrawal takes place within 2 days.

Unfortunately, it's been 5 days now, my withdrawal has not been processed and the support team does not know any reason related to this case.

My questions about this matter are answered only that the relevant department will contact me as soon as possible, but no one has contacted me. I first contacted them on Sunday, no employee has contacted me. So I'm just waiting for a withdrawal that no one is doing.

I am asking for your help to understand this situation
