Smart Live Gaming Casino - Claimed Microgaming's Ladies Night 'malnfuction' and confiscated 990.5 GBP with no justification

Hello, I have been facing this issue with Smart Live casino for months now, they claimed that for some bets, the bet balance on this slot was not updated, therefore the slot malfunctioned and out my overall winnings, they decided with their own calculations, that they should keep 990.5 GBP. After they ignored my emails for months of me asking which slot they claimed to have malfunctioned, I called them up, and they confirmed it was a microgaming slot, so out of the two that I played, Ladies Night is the only microgaming slot. Can you please assist me with this, not sure you can get them to provide me with the full details of what they claim to be a "technical" issue, and microgaming would have to resolve this? Please advise
