I try to make a withdrawal from Ladbrokes and as ussual they asked for my documents.
After send my documents, i have receive an email saying that my account is fully verfied and that they wont ask for my document again.
I've make my withdrawal request at 11/12/2016, received the email of my account full verfication at 11/12/2016 and now at 19/12/2016 my withdrawal still pending. After contact the support by chat they keep saying the same thing over and over again, they are waiting for confirmation from the relevant department and there is no need for more documents. I dont understand, is like a joke.

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.

The amount was 350,00€ + 50,00€...they pay me today, after 9 days...
