Hello, I'd like to ask for help to speed up my withdrawal request.
I won 100 GBP with Ladbrokes promo "11 free" (wagering requirements were met) and on the next day I deposited to verify my card and then request 110 GBP withdrawal. It was on last Sunday today is Friday evening and my withdrawal still pending.
Terms and conditions of Ladbrokes say about 48 hours pending time before processing. Currently support says my request is being checked by the Relevant Department and they don't know how long this may go on.

Ladbrokes security doesn't require anything. I received email that my account details was successfully verified and since then I can see pending status only. Nothings else happens.They don't require anything and don't approve (or decline) my request.

Could you please help to speed up this process? I can't understand what can be checked so long. This is last email from casino support about my withdrawal: I' am writing you this email inline with your withdrawal request.
Please be advised that your withdrawal request amounting to £110.00 is still being checked by our Relevant department.
At this point, we kindly ask for your extended patience and we will make sure that we will notify you immediately as soon as we get an update from our Relevant team."le who deal with free money.

In it, we explain that the reason that the owed amount has not been transferred is that you have not completed the verification process. You’ll find the necessary steps detailed in the same correspondence. Once you have complied with the correct working procedures, the money will be released straight away.

Dear Ladbrokes casino, nobody sent me emails on 13th July, I got email on 17th only. Curently security can't find my bill uploaded through your secure form yesterday. I'm going mad.
But I'm happy to see you actions.
