Payment delayed for over 2 months now
Today marks two whole months since my first withdrawal request of $1,018.29 and I still have absolutely no idea as to what is going on at this point. All updates have stopped at this point; every day I log in, all I see is the same "pending" status for my withdrawal. Though the chat reps are very friendly, they too seem to provide no answers when I ask for a status update, other than a promise to wait just a bit longer - it's coming.
It's been very discouraging to say the least, as I've fulfilled everything on my end. During the initial few weeks of waiting, I didn't worry too much, as I figured the back and forth emails of resubmitting documents because they were lost, or because the scans weren't big enough were (obvious) reasons for the delay – oh, and the rejection email stating my bank was not supported for wire transfers of course, but that email came at the end of June, and on June 30th I quickly had the withdrawal method switched and confirmed for check instead, thru support.
Since then, as I've said already, I've gotten no answers. I've lost hope in waiting to say the least, and am regretful I ever tried online gambling. Big letdowns are never fun. They can often leave you feeling foolish and embarrassed when you know you're about to be told over and over by friends and family, "I told you so!" only because in that moment a couple of months ago, you were so excited and surprised at winning, that you couldn't help but share the news with those around you, and tell them all about online slots!
