I made a withdrawal of $730 on the 22nd of june, they had already recieved all documentation for a previous withdrawal.
It is stated in their terms and conditions that they take 1-5 working days to proccess, its now coming upon 15 working days (19 calender days) and i still have not received it.
Everytime i call they say they will escalate the matter to the finance team but have not received any response. They escalated the matter 2 weeks ago and the finance team has still not bothered replying.
