I have requested a withdrawal on the 12th November. The 16th November I was asked for additional documents. I have sent them on the 19th November. After waiting for so many days, yesterday I see that my withdrawal was declined and returned to my account (25th November). When I contact them no one has any information on why is my withdrawal still not processed. As all the documents I have sent are approved and they should process in 48 hours. Everytime I go on live chat they say that they have opened a case. It been at least 5 cases that have been open for Finance team but they never come back to me.
