Have not received my winnings


I had a $900 dollar wire transfer withdraw approved on 7-4-17 and I still have not received my winnings.

I have been told several times, someone will contact me, my complaint has been escalated to the finance department, the casino is behind sending out payouts, I should receive my winnings soon, I know longer have a vip host.

Their website states, when a winning is approved, the payouts will take 10 business days. It has been 33 days and still no winnings.

We, the customers is what keeps the Casinsos running. This is horrible customer service.

I would like my winnings and who else can I contact about this?

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I do see your withdrawal was sent off to our processor on the 10th. With this in mind, I would expect you'll find the funds reflected in your bank account sometime mid-week, this coming week.
