I made a withdrawal on the 22 of November last month and since then it has been a repeat of the same lines every time I have tried to follow up on my withdrawal, after I submitted my withdrawal I waited as you do to see payment available in my account, but after 5 days nothing so I called them to be told that they were sorry for the delay but to be expecting funds in my account in the next couple of days and that the finance department was working hard to process my payment but it takes 1-5 working days then on the 9th day after the initial withdrawal and plenty of me calling them and hearing the same line “it’s been escalated to our finance department” they finally came back to inform me that they required further information to verify my account, so immediately I forwarded all the requested documents and then the next day I called to follow up and was told they have received the paper work and that they were working to have it processed and that it would take 1-5 working days, then I called them back after two days of them having the paper work to see where is my winning to then be told that once the paperwork was confirmed tht it would then take 1-5 working days from the day the paper work was confirmed and processed, after calling them daily I finally received an email explaining that they would make payment overnight of $250 and would do so for the next four weeks so not to hold up recovering my funds(not sure how that works as even though I am receiving money it is still being drop fed at a slow rate) anyway in my bank I received $250 on the 5th so much to my surprise I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and await the following payment is this was on their terms and I was fetting my money but low and behold a week later and no funds, my PATIENCE is DONE
