I have always had trouble getting my withdrawals paid by Grand Reef. This time i have a $5000 withdrawal made 26 May 2018 and despite sending several follow ups no-one will give me answers. The last email was from Mel < surname removed > the Casino Manager mid June to advise they were changing platforms to give us a better experience, that my information was safe and they would be in touch soon. Now there is no online live support, site is down, no answers to emails etc. Thank goodness I have screenshots of my withdrawal, account balance etc.as evidence for when I contact the licensing authorities, I can at least try and stop this happening to other more players. Anyone reading this please note Rand logic games run this Casino so be wary of any others they run . I have spent fortunes with them and been a top level VIP player for years and this is how I am treated.
