Firstly they invented too much hurdles like documents needed to prove identity; after that they allegate bad resolution of the scans in order to re-send documents and delay the process.
Finally as they have not found other obstacles, they simply say that the process is in queu in their finance department. They never apologise, never said neither the reason of the delay nor when they predict to credit the funds. That is completelly inacceptable because they continue to sending promos trying to catch deposits...
I am preparing to make a formal complaint near the watchdog.
