I have requested and sent in all required information 9 business days ago. I have called and sent emails (many times) and told that I will be notified when my deposit will be paid. I spoke to CSR in NZ 2 days ago, who said it should be paid and will escalate for me. I asked for email confirmation and he said our conversation was his guarentee that it is escalated. I hesitated to make too much of a fuss, due to the fact they may choose to be slower. That is clearly not the case. They kept saying they were within the 1-5 business days. It has now 9, going on ten tomorrow. If I should expect one in the AM, I should have recvd and email. Nothing has come through saying that it will be paid. He then asked me to recommend my friends to their website, not likely if this is how it always goes....
