Hello , first of all myself, I have not played at grandreef casnio alot, but my sister and my Mum have,before this. My mum and sister have never had any problems with grandreef, but before easter started playing again i won money and $800 and $400, they sent my forms to sign out , that took 5 working days ,I sent them back , they said they had them it was algood, waited 2 weeks 3 days , still no payout, i have emailed , online support they all say same things , one did tell me their international funds were frozen overseas, then they have been busy over easter ,they have always paid my mum within 5 working days never any problems .so i was annoyed and played my winnings again and this time won more, I know have $550 in one withdraw and $1000 i withdrew on the same day , that was 4 working days ago, i fell like i have waited over a month for any kind of payment , im so frustrated with there excuses , just proccess my money please,my easter was terrible , i could have used that money, i won it fair and square please help me .My sister played way after me and last week she got a email saying they deposited it, she hasnt recieved it yet either, when they usally give you that email, it is in the bank the next working day, we will see tomorrow if it is in hers tomorrow other , and if that is the case why havnt i been given mine , nothing i have said to them has mattered please help me.
