Above is one of many email replys from GRAND REEF CASINO after requesting a payout from them as well as, to date, 4 telephone calls.

I keep getting the same answers: All of your documents are correct and the payment has been approved and sent to our payout team who are very busy and will deal with your request soon, that is also what the email replys say as well.

How can it take 3 weeks to pay me? They don't seem to have the same issues taking the money?

How can I get my money from them and is there a governing body that can look into this matter as it seems to be a regualr complaint against them.

It is the 19th Of April, 7 Days from when you said the payment was made yet still no funds! Do you want to double check you have made the payment.

Well you keep saying the same old thing, a bunch of lies as far as I am concerned, that the payment has been made. I have checked my bank balance again today (23/04/2013) and yet again no funds.

I will keep this link going until I have been paid. In the mean time guy's make sure you do not need to cash out with Grand Reef as they are terrible payers, or as I have found so far NON PAYERS!
