On the 19th of January 2017 i won a sweet party progressive jackpot of $256,779.56 that same day i proceeded to withdraw $200,000 in Nemours amounts since this date i have received nothing and have been given the run around in every possible way from saying the finance team will be in touch to the pitboss is handling it to its not our fault playtech havent released it to us...i ask for contact details of someone and playtech they just ignored that i dont understand why this casino offers jackpots if they arnt equipped or capable of paying in the time stipulated in there term and conditions im unsure what to do

over a year later and still no money recived iv tryed to only withdraw $1000 to see if i could at least recive that but no not a cent i still get no answers as to why my withdrawalls keep pending and then after a month it just ends up back in my grandreef account just get told that the support person im talking to will escalate it with the finance team or rily the (pitboss) is handling it and someone will be in contact asap iv emailed every email address i can find for grandreef and i receive no replys to any of them yet i recive up to 3 deposit bonus emails from them a day.im unsure what else i can do i need help
