I got an email on the 5th of march from Grand Reef about a withdrawal I made for £2-3k on the 6TH OF NOVEMBER. It said that I should cancel it and request it again using a different method of withdrawal. Fair enough. But when I opened the software to try and cancel it, my pending withdrawal had vanished from the cashier in the software! I asked them on chat, twice, to look into it and cancel it from their end. But both times they have said they'll get back to me after talking to their finance/tech teams, and I have not heard anything back. Frankly I'm tired of dealing with this casino, which has always been a load of hassle to get paid by. I would warn people against playing here; the website might seem nice but they take 2+ months to pay you (on a regular basis).
