I'm really sick of contacting theme again and again.
They owe me two payments of $3500 and $3352.65 since 20th of March.
I made a lot of deposits and get a few payments from them. And of course GRC has all my documents. And look what the answer I got today (25th of Jul) from CSR :
Garth: This is a standard security measure to ensure your safety as well as ours.
Here's my story. I'm waiting for 2 payments from GRC: $3500 and $3352.65 since 20th of March. Every time I contact them, and I'm contacting them at least twice a week, I'll get one of the following answers:
Riley: As I mentioned, you will be paid soon.
Riley: Unfortunately only our finance team can give us these answers but unfortunately they are closed for the moment....
Riley: I cannot be certain why you have been waiting, I do not have this information but it will be paid out to you soon....
Garth: At this point we are just waiting for word from our finance team
I have much more examples, but I don't want to waist your time.
For me it looks like a scheme or fraud. Casino promises to pay you and never will pay you out. I posted a few complaints about this casino, and guess what. I never get any reply.
I'll keep you with updates, if I get any, but be smarter then me, be more precise while choosing a casino to play in.
