The bank alerted me to charges made on my card and I told the person that made them to contact the casino to and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. At first they agreed to a refund then changed their minds. Now they want to refund less than half and it will take more than 15 days for them to begin processing that. The casino says they have copies of my credit cards and authorizations to use them when in fact they have copies of one expired card on an account that was closed in 2012.
