Cool Cat Casino - Full Refund Denied

The bank alerted me to charges made on my card and I told the person that made them to contact the casino to and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. At first they agreed to a refund then changed their minds. Now they want to refund less than half and it will take more than 15 days for them to begin processing that. The casino says they have copies of my credit cards and authorizations to use them when in fact they have copies of one expired card on an account that was closed in 2012.

They have refunded about $450 of the $1294 they owe me. They have now closed my account and will not answer emails or chat requests from me so I am assuming that they do not intend to refund the remainder of my funds.

Obviously the casino is not going to respond here either. When they were notified the bank had alerted me to the charges, their response was not to ever tell the bank that it was an online casino. Why would they say that? Why would they agree to a full refund and then change their minds? They were supposed to settle this by letting me know how much the processing fees were going to be so I could decide if I wanted a full refund or to have the processing fees deducted instead of having them turned over to collections. They obviously changed their minds and give me no options and now will not communicate with me at all.
