Sorry for my earlier complaint was writing in the spur of the moment. I have been with grandreef casino since they first came online and have never had an issue with them paying out. Until September last year when I won $10000 nzd and every month since then I have emailed them a couple of times a week asking where my withdrawl is and when it will be processed by. In some responses I was told I will get my money and sorry about the delay just the usual. Then in the last respose from them I was informed there is now a new financial team who will be able to process payments faster. My last response from them was the start of june and now I suspect they have gone offline or removed nz from their servers as I can no longer login to the game site
