I googled my problem and found that a player here had the same problem.

Buzzslots didnt credit my free spins although I followed their terms to the detail. At first they told me they would give the spins after holiday, then later and finally they said they wont credit unless i make another deposit.

They are doing rogue stuff by promising something and baiting the players to deposit. They are repeat offenders. I hope i get my spins as promised.

This complaint is resolved. We recommend to the player to read terms of bonus use or free spins, or to contact a customer support of the casino. Player need to contact a casino if he saw that he didn't get free spins, before he request a withdrawal.

I did not break that or any of their rules. They did not write in the terms that I must not withdraw my original deposit. I wagered it thru once, and made a withdrawal.

The rules only stipulate that free spins winnings can not be withdrawed instantly. I never received the free spins, so I did NOT break that rule.

There was no term that limits the original deposit amount to be withdrawed, only free spins winnings. There was no term saying that I would not get the free spins if I withdrew the deposit after playing with it. I risked the whole deposit of 200 euros in their games.

They are trying to avoid crediting the spins.

We only one important rule for our welcome free spins.

All free spins wins must be wagered x40 before any withdrawal will be processed.

Stalling small withdrawal, not responding to my emails

Hi. I won 140 euros in this casino and wanted to withdraw this money. Previously, I already took off and passed the identity check. The week the money was in my account and the status in waiting did not change. I returned the money back to the account and withdrawn again. Again, for 6 days, the withdrawal status does not change and they do not respond to my emails and through the correspondence on the site.On the website in the rules do not specify the time of withdrawal.

Pending withdrawal for two weeks, no reply by support

Been trying to withdraw money from Buzz slots casino for the last 2 weeks and payment still shows as pending, have tried different ways to cash out, trustly / entercash, still pending after a couple of days on each and nothing happens. I have sent multiple emails to support as its way past the 48h pending period but had no response. Am verified and have made withdrawals there in the past with no problems, but this time no such luck. Would really appreciate your help in this matter to get my 3500sek cashout!

Account closed without reason

Monday May 30th i made a deposit of 60 euros to receive the daily free spins bonus. During the game time i won a total of 2500 euros, asking for the withdrawal immediately. Today i made another 60 euros deposit to win free spins. When i was winning 1700 euros, the account suddenly closed. My sign in password is correct, so its not my fault that login fails. Made deposit, but the promised free spins are missing

Not willing to pay

I put in €30 and played for my own money and when I got € 70 I did a withdrawel. After that I opened up a game to play for the few money that I had left and I saw that I had free spins that I had no idea about that I had, so I played them and won €26 something and checked hon many times I had to wagered it and got lucky at a game and won 900 something, and when I checked the bonus page and got close to 100 % did I played for much more then I needed just to be sure (100 more as you see att the printscreen ). Where are the free spins?

So i have been waiting for my 200 free spins since 02/01/15 and i even had a reply @ first saying it would be a couple of days because of technical issues. they replied with this email address: [email protected]. I have sent numerous emails but to no success have i got the spins or a reply. i was supposed to get 100 on Starburst and 100 on Attraction.

Bonus not awarded as advertised

Created an account 2015-01-05 and still no freespins have been credited to my account. When i contact support they say that they are having technical issues. According to the other comlaint made here they have know about this issue since 2015-01-01 and they still continue to missguide players whith an offer they can´t hold up to. It´s fraud.
