Hi. I won 140 euros in this casino and wanted to withdraw this money. Previously, I already took off and passed the identity check. The week the money was in my account and the status in waiting did not change. I returned the money back to the account and withdrawn again. Again, for 6 days, the withdrawal status does not change and they do not respond to my emails and through the correspondence on the site.On the website in the rules do not specify the time of withdrawal.

I put in €30 and played for my own money and when I got € 70 I did a withdrawel. Created an account 2015-01-05 and still no freespins have been credited to my account. When i contact support they say that they are having technical issues. On their site the offer says: "Your free spins will be instantly credited after deposit." According to the other comlaint made here they have know about this issue since 2015-01-01 and they still continue to missguide players whith an offer they can´t hold up to. It´s fraud.
