Stalling small withdrawal, not responding to my emails

Been trying to withdraw money from Buzz slots casino for the last 2 weeks and payment still shows as pending, have tried different ways to cash out, trustly / entercash, still pending after a couple of days on each and nothing happens. I have sent multiple emails to support as its way past the 48h pending period but had no response. Monday May 30th i made a deposit of 60 euros to receive the daily free spins bonus. During the game time i won a total of 2500 euros, asking for the withdrawal immediately. I put in €30 and played for my own money and when I got € 70 I did a withdrawel. So i have been waiting for my 200 free spins since 02/01/15 and i even had a reply @ first saying it would be a couple of days because of technical issues. they replied with this email address: [email protected].
