Furthermore please note that a reply to this client's email was provided by our support team on the 25th of February. In this email a full explanation was provided therefore claims that the client was not informed would be incorrect.

I deposit twice. I withdrawal three times.
I did not get no notification that canceled the fourth withdrawal. ???
I asked in the chat. Why they were canceled my withdrawal? No answer. I waited chat a lot.

Please note that since your last deposit as Club Gold in 2015 you have used more than one free money/free spins coupon consecutively. As per our terms this is not permitted and therfore you do not qualify for a withdrawal of such funds. There were payouts processed to you in the past and these were sucessful because our terms had been adhered to. However in this particular case you do not qualify for a payout due to multiple free bonuses being used with no deposit placed in between.

Furthermore please see below a list of the players deposits with the last deposit being placed on the 3rd of November 2015. There was also one withdrawal for 50 approved which was obtained from a free money bonus. This player was allowed to cash out from this one free money bonus because he had used it after making a deposit. However in the case of further free money bonuses the player will need to place a deposit before any withdrawals can be approved from free coupons.

We have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Club Gold Casino where it is clearly displayed that player breached no deposit terms by claiming multiple no deposit bonuses without deposit in between. This is a direct breach of Terms and conditions:

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one no-deposit bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a minimum 10 real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

Based on all above stated our decision is to mark this complaint as resolved in casino's favor. In case of a disagreement with our decision we would like to remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the official regulatory body of Club Gold Casino.
