Verification gets not processed

Hi,
on 07.10 the verification process started. Since then, every 2 days new documents were demanded. Everytime I uploaded these. The last request + upload was on 12.10

Since then I dont get an answer - my last documents werent even verified. Every time I go to the live chat, i get kicked out.

I have 153€ on my account and want to withdraw these.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

During the verification process and analysis of the bank statement provided by the customer, it was discovered that he had transactions with a customer of a different website of our network.
