I cant get my money back from Fezbet

Hello. I can't get my money back from Fezbet casino. Verification was successfully completed (I attach a screenshot). I put 500 Euro for withdrawal on September 13, but still haven’t received it. In addition to the 500 Euros that are being processed, I also have 323.25 Euros on my balance, which I also want to receive.

Correspondence with the casino is attached.

Does not approve my withdrawal for over a month

I've initiated a withdrawal from Fezbet on the 30th of July 2026 and I still haven't received the amount a month later. They didn't approve the payment, the status was still under review ~4 weeks later. I contacted them about it at least 6-8 times and they said that the payment team is notified/they will process it. They didn't.

I cancelled it and initiated a new withdrawal on the 26th of August and since I don't wish to wait any longer, I want to put all the pressure on them. This is unacceptable, their ToS states 2-3-5 working day processing.

My account is not under review or verification, they simply don't process it for some reason.

Not processing my payment for 6 days

Got bonusmoney after a deposit, which was successfully wagered and ended up as 400 euros in cash. Withdrawal made 6 days ago, during which time i contacted fezbet multiple times by the delay (site promises 3 day withdrawal). Asked if everything is fine with the withdrawal/wagering, and always got told all is good, sorry for the delay. Nothing has still changed, and my withdrawal is hanging. I even got told i would been put in "priority processing", which has made no difference.

I am writing this to complaint against Fezbet casino, which is not following its rules and delaying my withdrawal intentionally.

I requested a withdrawal of Rs 31550 on 23rd April withdrawal transaction I'd be1ef752-c9d7-4cb6-999c-14b7b40fa6a7.

According to their terms withdrawal will be completed in three business working days but it's been over 8 days and it is still in pending status.

Whenever I contact support team they don't give any positive response and just say please wait it will be completed soon.

So, now I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me get my withdrawal.

Withdrawal delayed for no apparent reason

I was promised I would receive my withdrawal within 3 working days, but it has already passed that time frame. This is already the 5th working day, chat support always gives the same replies, such as "we've forwarded it to the finance department."

My USDT-BEP20 withdrawal is still under review.

Crypto transactions are almost instant, so I don't know why it's taking so long.

When I click the verification tab, it says "at the moment your account does not require verification," and I have not been asked to do so by the support team either.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal of 316 euros by USDT (ERC-20) from my FEZbet account, requested on 29/01/2026, 20:37:31.

My withdrawal has remained in "Under review" status for 8 days. I have contacted live support multiple times and spoke with an agent named Joseph, who provided only scripted responses about "security checks" and "patience" without giving a specific timeline or reason for the delay.

As this is a cryptocurrency transaction on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), there are no banking delays or intermediary processing times that justify an 8-day hold. My account is fully verified, and I have had no issues with deposits.

Furthermore, I noticed that the mandatory licensing seal (Anjouan/NovaForge Ltd) is currently missing from the footer of the FEZbet website, which raises concerns about regulatory transparency. I am requesting that FEZbet process my withdrawal immediately. I have documented all chat transcripts and screenshots of the pending transaction to provide as evidence.

It says my account is restricted but they haven't requested any verification documents and my withdrawals still aren't being processed. I made a withdrawal 10 days ago. Since then they havent even reviewed my withdrawal. Live support says i just should wait, but nothing seem to happen. Account closed with funds and emails being ignored

Hello,

My FezBet account was closed without notice, and I can no longer log in or access my remaining balance.

I contacted their support team, and they informed me that my account was closed due to an “administrative decision.” I have attached the email from FezBet confirming this. In that email they stated I would receive a email regarding my funds but since then, I have not heard any update about the $1,259 balance in my account. It has now been over a week since my account was originally closed and they are now ignoring my emails

I have reached out again to ask about the status of my funds but have not received any response. I am simply requesting that my remaining balance be released. I have attached the email I sent over 4 days ago asking when I will hear about a response regarding my funds to which I never heard a response, and I followed up a day ago with another email to their support and have not heard back.
