Closed account for no reason same old pattern from Rabidi NV casinos

Hi,

Here i am once again, as you forced Sportaza to cooperate i hope that your precious help will be crucial in this case as well. So as you probably already know Rabidi's casinos/bookmakers follow a very simple pattern : once they notice that the account is a winning one they close it, for no reason at all even when you send all the documents requested and they are approved ( As you seen on the screenshot ). Especially when you have several unsettled pending bets ( I sent screenshots as well, after what happened with Sportaza i took screenshots of everything this time ) they try to close your account to steal the future winnings. They did the same on Lucky Heroes ( Owned by Rabidi as well ) as well, they closed my account and stopped answering but you don't handle problems related to this casino so i submited my complaint somewhere else.

So today they closed my account and here are all the proofs, if you need more screenshots i have every single thing. They will probably send my pending withdrawal ( since the 23/11/2023 ) and my current balance next week but they won't answer anymore like Lucky Heroes and Sportaza did, so i need to make you that they'll release an official statement like Sportaza was forced to do where they promise to monitor my pending bets and pay them out in case they are winners ( wich is extremely likely given the current odds and how my favourite club Manchester city never fail to finish in the top 4. Thanks, once again ).

Hi,

Fezbet finally gave an answer this morning here's the screenshot, so they said that they will send me my current balance and keep monitoring my pending bets and pay them out in case they are winners... as there's nothing more to expect, obviously they weren't going to re-open my account, i consider that the case is solved unless they fail to respect the agreement.

Thanks for the Askgamblers team for their fair help once again.

Small update, still no answer to my emails since several days... but i received one withdrawal ( the 497€ withdrawal wich was pending since the 23/11/2023 ), no update regarding my current balance and even less about my pending bets.
