Chat support providing misleading information

I am extremely upset regarding the following situation. Recently, around $150 was deducted from my account. Early this morning, a corresponding amount was transferred back to my account in HUF currency. This morning, the chat support told me that previous failed deposits had been credited. Are they incorrect? Did they lie, or did they not even check my case? I would also like to know what is going on behind the scenes—what is this confusion with currencies?
It is extremely embarrassing that the chat support provided completely misleading information in this case. I was assured that my previous failed deposits had been credited and that there would be no further issues or inconveniences arising from this. What kind of compensation can I expect?
Also, another withdrawal is pending for more than 3 working days now... Amount is 300000 HUF. Payment is EXTREMELY slow!
Please solve both issues and provide an explanation...
