Chat support providing misleading information

Hi

I am extremely upset regarding the following situation. Recently, around $150 was deducted from my account. Early this morning, a corresponding amount was transferred back to my account in HUF currency. This morning, the chat support told me that previous failed deposits had been credited. Are they incorrect? Did they lie, or did they not even check my case? I would also like to know what is going on behind the scenes—what is this confusion with currencies?

It is extremely embarrassing that the chat support provided completely misleading information in this case. I was assured that my previous failed deposits had been credited and that there would be no further issues or inconveniences arising from this. What kind of compensation can I expect?

Also, another withdrawal is pending for more than 3 working days now... Amount is 300000 HUF. Payment is EXTREMELY slow!

Please solve both issues and provide an explanation...

I do not want to play with a casino where such mistakes are normal, it is also normal that chat support is giving false information and instructions - and eventually. the user has to accept it - because mistakes happen. Ridiculous.

@ASKGAMBLERS, what kind of further actions can I take? What support are you able to provide me?

After thoroughly checking the case, we can confirm that the 50,000 HUF credit and the corresponding USD debit were most likely the result of a temporary system error. Although rare, such discrepancies can occur when a transaction is being processed and currency conversions are involved. These errors are usually corrected automatically by the system, which is why the amounts appeared and then adjusted on the same day.

Regarding the information you received from our chat support, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. It appears that, due to the system error, the transaction may have displayed an incorrect or incomplete status at the moment the agent checked it. As a result, the agent could have misunderstood the situation and provided an inaccurate explanation. Please understand that when system errors occur, the displayed data may change after the agent’s review, and frontline agents are not always aware of backend system malfunctions.
