Can't get my money

I have made multiple withdraws several times but those always gets stuck on ”pending” and then after few days someone cancels every one of them.

I have tried to solve the issue in livechat but cant get nothing but some automatic answers from there(i have screenshots as an example)

I have also tried to contact Fezbet via email but haven't had any responses.

We hereby want to inform you that withdrawals request has been cancelled due to not having met the due wagering requirements of the free bet the customer had received and released we want to , clarify this with the following point from our Terms and Conditions:

"16.3.1. In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the free bet winnings has to be x3 (three). The customer has to roll over the amount of his winnings from the free bet, that was credited to his account, at least 3 (three) times on either single or multibet. Any bets made on Events with odds less than 1.5 (one and five tenths), will not be counted in the wagering of the winnings."

The current wager of the free bet winnings is 277.77 EUR from 851.94 EUR . In order to withdrawal the balance customer would have to complete the wager first.

We want to clarify that customer is informed regarding this on email as well.

Because all of my withdrawals have been cancelled theres currently only one pending that i made recently which is 200€ but there is few hundreds more in my balance
