FEZbet Caino - Withdrawal not received since March 7th
On February 27th, 2024, I requested a withdrawal via CC over 500 Euro from FEZbet (Transaction ID 395664157).
This was processed on March 4th but was declined by my CC provider.
I directly requested another withdrawal over the same amount via Bank Transfer that day.
According to FEZbet, this has been processed 3 days later, on March 7th.
It's been now over a week and the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account yet.
Just as a reference, a withdrawal from Sportuna, which is another provider from their company, has been credited within 24 hours on my bank account, after it has been processed.
I contacted support each day this week via their live chat. They are not willing to help me in any way. It was an awful and time-consuming experience.
Also, they've been contacted 4 times (throughout 2 individual tickets) via email to receive information they are not "allowed to share" via chat. No answer at all, as of now.
I also contacted my bank whether there was an incoming transaction there has been declined. They can't do anything without information like sender, IBAN, etc.
Either something happened with this transaction, but this would require their support to get things resolved, or it never has been processed.
There is no chance I can see for me to solve this problem by myself, unfortunately. So I see this as the last chance to receive my withdrawal somehow.
