This casino does not pay me my money!

I passed the KYC check, I have all the photos confirming this.

I have been waiting for my money for the 5th day, although they stated that they pay out the funds within one hour.

When I write to support, they say just wait until the finance department transfers the money to you!

But that's not fair!!!

Hello!

The Gaming Platform Team would like to take part in this complaint.

First and main point that we would like to mention now - the transaction that became a subject of this complaint has been successfully completed today.
We understand that transactions are a big part of the experience of every member of the Fairspin and we always care about every deposit/withdrawal.

According to the Terms and Conditions of the gaming platform withdrawal might take up to 10 banking days.
Every new member of the Fairspin agrees with that and all other points upon the registration.
With that fact we would like to mention that no process has been violated from the side of our Team.
Such a period of time can be required only for correct completion of that type of transaction.

We are really sorry that possible inconveniences have become a reason for complaint.
But you can always be sure that the Fairspin Team always follows all points of the Terms and Conditions and we always care about every transaction of every member.
