Like many other complaints, I have read the biggest issue GRC has is delayed payments. If I had of known this, I may never have joined or used their services.

I have been contacting the support team almost every day asking for some kind of update regarding my withdrawal. All I get as a response is that they will escalate this to the finance team and some blatant lies.

For example, On multiple occasions, the support team has told me that I will receive payment within 24-48 hours. And that they will definitely call me back or email me. But none of this happens. I was also told to call back at a specific time so I could speak to the "Pit Boss" so I stayed up very late so that I could call and speak to this guy, when I called, they refused to let me speak to the Pit Boss. I’m growing more and more frustrated by the day. Especially being this time of year when money is so important.

The amount I am withdrawing is $200, not a massive amount. I have already been verified in the past for previous withdrawals that were much bigger than this one and were paid out within the 5 business days. So waiting 3 weeks when your website states 1-5 business days is absolutely ridiculous and false advertising. The reason I am complaining so early is that after reading other complaints, it seems I won't be getting my money for a long time and I do not want to wait months like others have.

I myself work for a crowdfunding website as a customer service representative. The level of customer service I am receiving from GRC has been appalling, although they are very polite, they are clearly reading from a script and are forced to not give out any helpful information so to stall their customers. I would never blatantly promise something to my customers with the intention of not following it up. But this seems like the only way your staff knows how to deal with things.

If I could get an actual response from GRC as to why I have not received what I would consider a small withdrawal yet. That would be lovely. I have invested thousands into this website, and to get treated like this when I win on such a rare occasion, is really sad. No matter how big or small the withdrawal.
