On November 21, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,000. I have contacted the company a couple of times, and they keep telling me that my "withdrawal is in queue," but that they can't tell me when I will receive my money. I have completed the verification process, so I don't understand what is taking so long. All I want is to be paid.

No news. I contacted them today (see attached screenshot), but they are still telling me they don't know when I will be paid.
