Diceland Casino - 35 days withdraw still pending

I submitted a withdraw on 9/7/2013. Made a $ 52.00 deposit. I checked with support,I had made the playthrough. 10 x max cashout $ 520.00. I sent a couple of Emails to payments to see what the hold up was. I finally got a response from W. We have recently changed banks there is a back log, I will notify you when the payment is sent. That was 4 days ago . I checked my reports, the withdraw is still pending, not Approved. He did nothing except brush me off with a lame exscuse. Would you please look into this & see if I can get paid. Thank You for any help.

Now 50 days. I am not angry anymore. I accept that some casinos just do not pay American players

Walter has sent me an email 10/28/13 with an apology & asking me to wait until 11/4 so he can make payment arrangements. I have no choice but to wait.

Nothing but empty promises. Walter Has asked me to be patient & I have . He said he would arrange payment 11/4 .That never happened ! It is not the players problem if they cannot pay their bills. They take dollars from us, we cash out pennies . Where did all their money go ? Did they gamble it ? I am owed $ 520.00 this is chump change compared to what they take in ! withdraw submitted 9/7/2013
