Once again Ask Gamblers I am asking for your assistance to aide me in moving along the withdraw process from Slot Madness. On the 6th of this month I have a withdraw request for $2500. I had sent in new documentation on the 8th of Jan and confirmed with the documents dept that they received the updated documents. As of today it still sits as an unapproved withdraw. Terms and conditions state 10 working days for withdraw approval, and an additional 10 days for processing. Ask gamblers has assisted me in the past to get the withdraws that I am due so I am asking for your assistance once again.

I just checked my account at Slot Madness and it appears that the withdraw request has been approved and hopefully moving on to the next step. Please do not yet close this complaint, as I will stay in touch on progress of the withdraw.

Yes, not only was it approved, but the payment has already been sent off to our processor. ;-)

You'll note there is a shortfall and this is due to a bonus you received: removed THREESIZES (2 of 999)(50 free spins) $525.00. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal request.

I would expect to have your tracking before the end of this week--I'll be sure to update you as soon as this comes in.

Thank you Tawni and Slot Madness. I received my check this morning. I really like the games and the chat help persons at this casino, but withdraws have been a problem in the past. Maybe things are changing because this was fast compared to other times I have withdrawn funds. I received my withdraw within the stated time in terms and conditions. Great Job Slot Madness!
