Some months ago I requested a withdrawal from Ladbrokes after having a win. I was told that for some reason my withdrawal was stuck on pending and I needed to wait for the "Relevant Team" to release my funds within 48 hours. I waited well over a week after the 48 hours had finished and had many advisors either cut me off or make false promises that they'd get the matter rectified. In the end they released the funds. I double checked that my account was fully verified which they assured me it was. I again find myself in the exact same position where my withdrawal has been passed to the "Relevant Team" and they will look into it. I am being given no reason as to why my withdrawal has gone to a "pending" state again and no information on how I can speed the process up. All I am being advised is that it is with a Relevant Team. I'm not happy to wait another week or two for my money to be released to me after I rightfully won it. Ladbrokes are more than happy to take my money, but I find it incredibly hard to get it back.
