Las Vegas USA Casino - Delayed withdraw

I am very frustrated at this point with Las Vegas Usa Casino. I finally won a jackpot of $12,500 and requested my withdraws on 6/22/2015. Wanting my money as quickly as possible and knowing that it can take a while to receive it, I filled out all the paperwork and sent in my documentation right away. Wednesday of this week (7/8/2015) I received one payment of $2,500.00. All the others still just say "requested". I have contacted the finance department on several occasions and do get a response or if I do they assure me my payment is being processed. Please help, I am starting to think I am never going to get the rest of the money owed to me. If this issue is resolved I will surely mark my complaint as satisfied and continue to play at this casino.

The casino contacted me on Monday letting me know that my withdraws are being processed. That they have a limit and can only process (x) amount of dollars each week. I received another $2,000.00 this morning. So until I am paid the entire $12,500.00 I am keeping my complaint open.

Can we close this complaint as resolved one? Please, keep in mind that you could always request this case to be reopened if payments are not processed as promised.
