Payout for $2,500 requested on 4/29 via wire transfer. Contacted live chat several times and was told that it was sent on 5/5 and to give it at least 10 business days. Kept contacting and they said give it a few more days. They told me they would research wire transfer further and now it has almost been a month and still have not received funds. Talked to live chat again today and told them to place a trace report for researching where the wire was sent. Now they told me the wire was sent on the 4th and are trying to look into wire transfer. I like the casino but not if I am going to have to go through this in order to get payout. Please help.

Contacted via live chat and called them on phone yesterday and they told me they are having many issues with processor and that they have asked them to trace wire payout last Wednesday and still have not heard anything back from them.
