Cool Cat Casino - Delayed payout winnings

Around the beginning of this year I requested a withdraw of my winnings of around $5000.00, estimating. Only one request was approved more than a month ago inthe amount of $2500.00 like around April2nd of 2016. The other half is still pending. These people don't give you straight up answers and make processing so slow. I have been more than patient waiting to see when they decide to mail me my checks. I didn't want to do this but I feel in the need to. All I ask for is to receive my full amount as soos as possible. this isn't fare.

after payout being approved for quite sometime now, cool cat came out with needing more info on me . They requested additional information and documentation which I already sent since the 11th and i have heard nothing yet.can they do that after a payout was approved?

askgamblers, I just contacted cool cat casino by via chat. It seems that first they approved my payout , then weeks later they request additional information by email. Documentation was sent to them that same day I saw the email,, I was refused entry to all casino's , and now every time I ask about my winnings, at any time of the day,I am asked to send email to the manager. And when I do send that email. they responded that I have to contact winnings dept. by via chat. These casinos really do just play around with their customers concerns.. This is going on 5 months now.

I'm incredibly sorry about the delays and frustration with this. There were certain questions regarding your information, which has now been completely resolved.

I've been in touch with our Finance Department and I do see your first payment of $2325 has been sent off--I would expect to see tracking on this payment early next week (if not sooner). Generally payment is delivered the day after tracking comes my way.

I also expect your next payment will be sent off early next week, with the balance to follow the following week.

I'll be monitoring this to ensure all goes smoothly from here.

I received tracking on your first payment, late last night, so apologies for not getting back here sooner. As you're likely already aware, the payment was delivered to you this morning. ;-)

I'm waiting for the tracking on your next payment, which I would expect to see by mid-week, next week. Your last payment should be going off mid-week, next week, as well.
