Delayed payments and NO communication


I have enjoyed playing at Cool Cat and have been pleased with the success I've had as of late. I have been trying to communicate with the casino directly and they have not been responsive, although I've received automatic emails that I will be contacted within one business day. That is not happening. I've received no direct communication which is the reason I'm moving to this level. I've had payments approved on August 5, August 26, and September 21 -- $1500, $2018, and $1800 respectively, but I've received none of these payments. These are slotted for checks but I would be willing to provide wire information if that would helpful. Please respond as I have been expecting payment of the first two for some time. The games originally paid in mid-July. This is taking too long, especially with no communication. Thank you.

Thank you, Tawni, for helping to facilitate the payments. I have received three checks, all of which are from Canadian banks, and I appreciate how responsive CoolCat was once this complaint was lodged. Once those checks have cleared and can be deposited into my account, I will be happy to clear this complaint. Once they clear, I will be back in touch. I'm told it could be 2 to 4 weeks, which again is more time that I am without my payouts. I will be happy once this matter is resolved completely. Thank you again for your prompt response!

I'm so sorry to just be getting back to this (I've been swamped), but after checking your account, I do see from the tracking that you did receive your final payment last Saturday. ;-)

I'm so sorry--I could have sworn I already replied to this when I sent you the tracking, but apparently I didn't. :-(

I've looked at your account and I do see that two payments already were sent and delivered to you, earlier today. Your remaining withdrawal has already been sent to processing and I would expect to receive tracking on this, by mid-week, next week. I'll be sure to update you as soon as your tracking comes through.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
