I have enjoyed playing at Cool Cat and have been pleased with the success I've had as of late. I have been trying to communicate with the casino directly and they have not been responsive, although I've received automatic emails that I will be contacted within one business day. That is not happening. I've received no direct communication which is the reason I'm moving to this level. I've had payments approved on August 5, August 26, and September 21 -- $1500, $2018, and $1800 respectively, but I've received none of these payments. These are slotted for checks but I would be willing to provide wire information if that would helpful. Please respond as I have been expecting payment of the first two for some time. The games originally paid in mid-July. This is taking too long, especially with no communication. Thank you.
