Currently awaiting payment which is now outside of space noted on their payment terms in the cashier of 1-5 working days. Amount circa $2200, with a $1000 deposit made. In the past payments were generally made on time, but had not played here for quite a while.

I'm concerned because the inability to pay a small size withdrawal like this in due time, especially when a vip level player, is of real concern. Normally it's due either to financial incompetence or the company is broke... I'd like to know why things are taking so long.

Have never had to publicly complain about an online casino before as I've always got my winnings.
But this is NOT acceptable.

I've had notification today that the payment has been made after some escalation by my VIP manager. I have been told to wait a few days to see this in my bank account (which IS standard after the payment is made via T/T etc). I'll check my bank account each day and will notify all if this is successfully received. Would be great to put this to bed!

Still no sign of payment in my bank account. Maybe delayed due to Easter break, but I'm not holding my breath until payment actually received and shows in my account. I'll continue to update with any significant progress. Fingers crossed something is happening.

Good news, it's now arrived. Thanks for your help here. Looks like the bank processed them later in the day here than normal, likely an Easter backlog. So we are back to normal.
