Delayed payment of $125


I've been extremely patient and allowing the process to play out but I am now submitting this complaint. I have an approved payout pending since May 9th, 2017. I have contacted support multiple times to see if there is any update regarding when I'll be receiving my withdrawal but with no such luck. I keep getting the same type of response - my payout has been sent to processing but not sent yet. My understanding is that payouts are made on Wednesdays and Fridays of each week which means I've been waiting for 15 of those days to pass without receiving my payout. I hope to resolve this quickly. Here's my most recent chat transcript with support.
