Delayed $515 payment & poor communication


I have been constantly attempting to have withdrawal of my winnings totalling $515 approved/paid from Slot Madness without any success. This is not the first time I have issues relating to withdrawals from this particular casino. The withdrawal request was raised on 11/05/2018 and to date (10/06/2018) my original request is still sitting in my account unactioned and not approved, despite numerous attempts at communication with both the Live Chat forums and through direct email communications to their support staff which have not been responded to.
My account is verified for ID purposes with all necessary documents approved, as have had a previous cashout request paid eventually after experiencing similar delays, and having to follow up on multiple occassions. The following statements have been communicated to me from Slot Madness repres­ent­ati­ves­/au­tomated email responses re: my payout request - all of which have not been honoured:
21/05/18 – “$515 will be approved very fast as well.”
23/05/18 - “Every first withdrawal takes more time than expected due to fact that documents along with payout method needs to piled up and approved. After first withdrawal had gone through, second and every other subsequent is considerably shortened I assure you.”
28/05/18 - "I will expedite it to be approved as soon as possible"
" It is a bit overdue"
"The general time frame for withdrawals is 7-10 business days to be approved, only if we have your complete documents in and posted to your account, and then another 10 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time, which may vary according to processors limitations.
This one is the general time frame"
02/06/18 - "Thank you for contacting Slot Madness Casino.
We have received your email and are assigning it to a casino representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within two business days."
0706/18 - " I understand Scott and not really sure why it's still pending. I found your withdrawal and we have complete documents on your profile. I have sent your case to the finance department. We will get the transaction done as soon as possible. We are not allowed to give exact dates because we can't know when the third party processors will be able to deliver due to its limitations Scott, but I'm sure they will check it as soon as possible."
"You have been very patient and I understand your feelings now about all this process. Just give us some more time please.Proper department should check it as fast as possible."
"Scott , I'm sure it will be checked very soon. Thank you for your understanding! I'm really sorry again for this delay."

Apparently I am classed as a VIP player also due to deposit levels, however as detailed above this has no influence on Slot Madness completing simple tasks such as approving loyal customers payments or responding to email communications.

To all new potential players considering depositting at Slot Madness I would be extremely hesitant if you expect any winnings to be paid back to you in a reasonable time frame, as per my incredibly frustrating experiences detailed above with this casino.

Hi All,
Appreciate your response Tawni, however it does seem inconsistent to me why this would occur on one transaction and not the other from the same payment source to the same payment destination/bank account - so I will follow this up my end and seek a detailed explanation from my bank, if you confirm the $432.50 was paid from Slot Madness....

The funds were sent as stated, however, your bank or an intermediary bank may have imposed fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

In the future, you may want to try Bitcoin as your method of withdrawal, as there will be no fees with this.
