Bovada Casino - Delayed payment of Visa fast funds

Won 1000.00 while playing double down video poker on April 16th. Requested withdrawal and was approved April 17th. Fast funds to my account are said to take between 5-10 days. It's been 17 and counting. I emailed them and got a generic 5-10 days response we are well over that time period. I have spent a lot of money and now that I am eligible to get a portion of that money back they haven't sent it. Won't play at this casino anymore. I'm wondering if I will ever see my money or I got scammed. Since it doesn't seem they intend on making good on my payment I hope to warn others. Find a site that actually pays you when you withdrawal your funds, when they say they will.

Bovada has sent me an email. Stating fast funds were sent to deposit yesterday. There was no payment sent and the bank said none were pending. Looks like another delay tactic to tell me to keep watching and waiting for my payment. Bank said there was no deposit attempted yesterday or today. I recieved a payment from them over a month ago with no problems it was received by my bank in 8 days. Now that I won 4 figures and not 3 there is a problem. From reading other ppls complaints it seems when it's over 1000 dollars they don't pay. Many ppl are waiting for their payments many much longer than me. I will update as to if and when my payment ever shows up.

I don't know how to thank you enough. The bank processed my payment at close of business. Thank you ask gamblers for your help in resolving this issue. I truly believe I may have never seen my deposit if it wasn't for this site. Next time I will read complaints before choosing a casino to gamble in. I received payment you can close this complaint. Thanks again
