Prism Casino - Delayed payment, no straight answer

This is the third withdrawal I have made at this casino and each time it gets worse and worse. On the 7th of April made two withdrawals. one for 5000 and one for 3000. They approved the 3000 for 1767 and then added the 1500 to the 5000 one and changed the withdrawal date on that one to the 14th.... and of course I spent at least 3/4 of that back. Now it is the first of may and still no money in sight... I spoke to Vonce my host and he told me the money would be in my bank by the 29th and when I called on the 29th I was told the money was sent on that day and I would see it within 24 hours. NOT! Now I called again and was told it was sent to the processor (no date given) and it could be another 10 to 14 days till I receive it. Their payout process get longer and longer and I am just about fed up. I don't know what they consider and good customer but I feel that I play there often enough that I should be given some leeway on payout time.

I've checked into this and the payment for $1,737.50 was issued to our payment processors on April 29th. It's expected that the funds will show on your card balance before week's end.
