i've waited up to a month to get any type of response after withdrawalling the 100 maximum for welcome bonus its still saying "waiting" for the status .i since then have deposited over 75 $ and hit another good spin landing me over 6000 ,i played for awhile withdrawalled 5000 then decided what the heck i will play at least till im down to 3000 which i did and withdrawalled at that amount and yet the welcome 100 maximum bonus is still at the waiting status and so is the 3000 and that was a month ago ,and every time i contact the casino support which has been at least 8 times they just keep saying they will let the finance department know,its like been over a month and i dont even think its been looked at by any department.

About three months ago,the date was 2017/02/13 i had withfrawalled 100 dollars and shortly after another withdrawal at three thousand and had went through all the steps that were needed in order to have it transfered into my bank account which in that time had got a bunch of messages saying it was coming,which took them forever to finally send there last message telling my it had bounced due to my bank account. They did say then that it would come back to them then take up to two weeks to have the funds show up in my account and it has been well over two weeks and still nothing ,so i been waiting for three or more months to recieve this payment.

perfect as soon as i wrote the complaint they were within hours to respond ! But now they are processing lets just see if they comp[ly with the time limit they have stated within there info.
