I'm waiting for a withdrawal for one month now. the support tells me that I have to wait more because they don't have enough time to process all withdrawals. In their website (maxcasino.com) they tell that they are processing withdrawals 3 days per week. Moreover the support tel. number doesn't work and given email doesn't exist. After all it's not about the money, but it's funny when casino support tells you that the phone number is working but when you try to call operator says that there is no such a number :D

25.04.2015 made several requests to payout from this casino. In sum: 4 requests with 15000 Russian rubles each on Qiwi = 60000 rr or 1200$. After about a week write to support about my payouts. They told me to wait my money on Qiwi. 3 weeks past. Support still answers only wait, money will be soon. I've made about 8-10 conversations with support for that time. 1 month pasted... New answer from support: no payout until we reboot casino! After 3-4 days go to support for the last time and ask them about this rebooting and when it ends. Support: we don't have any information about such rebooting and we didn't hear about it at all! Wait for your money! Shutting the conversation and go to other support there. Asking him about the rebooting... same answer, but now support tells me another reason about delays: we have problems with money processing! and there were no payouts! So in last 4 days support gave me 3 different answers on my questions. And still no answer about when this payouts happens.

i have tried to withdraw 28/9/14 which is a saturday come monday the ask for docs so i send them then the next day i ask whats going on and they ask me to resend them so i do then they ask me to resend them with me in the pics. so i do. then the next day they send me an email saying my payout was declined because they have to keep 20% of my winnings( i won 4000eurs) to cover there costs which i find bizarre even tho it is inthere terms. then the next day the new excuse is that visa withdrawls are not always successful. im just waiting to here what the next excuse not to pay me is (luckily i never exept bonuses) please help me

i deposited on max casino with my visa then i went on to win 5000euros the same day but when i went to withdraw they casino kept showing a message saying i have enterd my card number wrong but i had not. I started live chat and they said visa was not working at the minute but try in a couple of days(even tho it worked for my deposit) anyway this has been going on for nearly two weeks they just keep fobbing me off and im sick of it. they suggested other ways of withdrawing but as i keep telling them the methods do not exceptd uk customers . please help me i feel like im being ripped off
